It wasn't about having a big one in her mouth it was about kisses but she wanted to play those who would have thought it differently it was her intention. She even said that when she played in Spain they made her change her words in that part of the song. She said that they never pull that on Ozuna or any other guy. It's because she's a woman in that industry but she and many other female artist refuse to accept that they should censor themselves.
